INTUITIVE INTERFACE
Racks comes with a simple and easy to understand interface. Right from creating a new entry to searching and managing accounts, each screen has been designed to focus just on its functionality.
SIGN AUTOMATICALLY
When you set up a user account, you will have to provide a signature for this user. The app will intelligently use this signature in all the gate passes, receipts and invoices this user generates, thereby eliminating the need for manual signatures entirely.
MULTIPLE USER ACCOUNTS
The app is designed to be used to by store owners and employees alike. It allows you to specify access levels for different users so that you can easily limit the features of the app to any user. This way, you don’t have to worry about an entry level employee messing with the accounts or editing the lot entries.
REPORTS
Racks gives you a host of different report options. You can view and print customer reports, agent and item reports and balance report. Not only this, you can also specify a date and view the balance report for that day so that you know exactly how your store looked on a given date. Sounds like time machine, doesn’t it?
You can also view and print receipts for the goods you receive and the app will automatically increment the receipt count each time you issue a receipt to your customer. This will help you keep track of issued receipts and duplicate copies.
AUTOMATIC BACKUPS
Racks uses Dropbox to provide backups. You can create a backup manually or schedule backups so that you can focus on your work and the app will focus on keeping your data backed up to Dropbox.
POWERFUL SEARCH
The app gives you two ways to search - one where you can just look up lots and one where you can look up and edit lots. The former is specially designed to be used by employees and the latter for managers and owners. You can use upto 6 different parameters (customer name, agent name, vehicle, item name, lot number and arrival date) to search the items you have stored in your store.
Racks also lets you easily manage your deliveries with ease. Simply transfer goods from your storage to the shed and make deliveries from there. You can transfer the goods to shed in bulk and deliver in small quantities based on your customer demand.
